What's included with my attendee ticket?
Standard ticket gives you full-day access to the show floor, all tournaments, photo ops areas, food courts and door prize drawings. VIP adds early access (1h before opening), a swag bag, and exclusive lounge access.
Should I buy tickets in advance or at the door?
Buy in advance — capacity is limited and prior editions sold out. Online tickets are also cheaper than at-the-door pricing. You'll get a QR code to scan at the entrance.
Can I leave and re-enter during the day?
Yes. Keep your wristband on and your ticket QR handy. Re-entries are allowed throughout the 10AM–8PM window.
Is on-site grading available?
Yes — official PSA and CGC grading booths will be on the floor. Bring your raw cards and grade them on the spot (extra fees apply per their pricing).
How do vendor tables work?
All vendor tables are $130 flat. Each table includes 2 chairs, lighting, a power outlet, Wi-Fi and 2 exhibitor badges. Reserve through the Tables page — payment instructions arrive within 24 hours.
Is the event family-friendly?
100%. Kids under 8 enter free with a paying adult. We have play zones, kid-friendly tournaments, and photo ops designed for families.
Where do I park and how much does it cost?
The Florida Mall offers free parking (~8,000 spots). Use the South Orange Blossom Trail entrance and follow signage to the Event Hall lot — closest to our entrance.
What's the refund policy?
Tickets are refundable up to 30 days before the event. Vendor tables are non-refundable but transferable to another company with our approval.
